Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1E2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion import across plasma membrane, Aminoacyl-tRNA metabolism involved in translational fidelity, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with ATP6V1E2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1E2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1E2 results are reported.
