Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1E1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1E1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATP6V1E1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1E1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where ATP6V1E1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
