Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1C2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1C2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ATP6V1C2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1C2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ATP6V1C2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
