The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ATP6V1B1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and HNSC are the cancer types where ATP6V1B1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
