Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,891 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PH reduction, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ATP6V1B1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1B1 results are reported.
