Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V1A data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ATP6V1A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATP6V1A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
