Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V0E2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, ATP5F1AP7, and RNU6-1169P. Each is linked with ATP6V0E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0E2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0E2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by ATP6V0E2-low versus ATP6V0E2-high in CESC.
