Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V0E2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP6V0E2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ATP6V0E2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0E2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, PAAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where ATP6V0E2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
