Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V0E1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V0E1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ATP6V0E1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0E1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRP, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP6V0E1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
