The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ATP6V0D2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP6V0D2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
