Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V0D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Long-term memory, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with ATP6V0D2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0D2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0D2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Long-term memory grouped by ATP6V0D2-low versus ATP6V0D2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
