Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V0CP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,928 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0CP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of binding, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with ATP6V0CP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0CP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0CP1 results are reported.
