Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V0C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP6V0C data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ATP6V0C mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V0C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and HNSC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where ATP6V0C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
