Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V0C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with ATP6V0C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0C-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0C results are reported.
