ATP6AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,741 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP6AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPC4, USP9X, and ITGB5. Each is linked with ATP6AP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6AP2 versus GPC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
