Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6AP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6AP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ATM, and Beclin. Each is linked with ATP6AP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ATP6AP2-low versus ATP6AP2-high in UCEC.
