ATP6AP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6AP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP6AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-993P, MIR4686, and RNU6-715P. Each is linked with ATP6AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-993P grouped by ATP6AP1-low versus ATP6AP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
