ATP6AP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6AP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP6AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, LRIT1, and EOMES. Each is linked with ATP6AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by ATP6AP1-low versus ATP6AP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
