Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PFP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,146 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PFP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Proton transmembrane transport. Each is linked with ATP5PFP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PFP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PFP1 results are reported.
