Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,281 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM5A_S1331, TPR_S379, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with ATP5PDP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PDP2 versus KDM5A_S1331 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5PDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5PDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
