Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5PDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5PDP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Mitochondrial gene expression, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with ATP5PDP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by ATP5PDP2-low versus ATP5PDP2-high in STAD.
