Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5PBP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5PBP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATP5PBP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5PBP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and PAAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, READ, and PAAD are the cancer types where ATP5PBP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
