Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5PB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP5PB data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ATP5PB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5PB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP5PB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
