ATP5PB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP5PB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5PB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomeric 3' overhang formation, Ubiquinone biosynthetic process, and Quinone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ATP5PB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5PB-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5PB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomeric 3' overhang formation grouped by ATP5PB-low versus ATP5PB-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5PB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5PB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
