Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MGP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5MGP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ATP5MGP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MGP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

CHOL, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where ATP5MGP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
