Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MGP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,533 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MGP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX3_S72, PLIN3, and RBM47. Each is linked with ATP5MGP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MGP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MGP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MGP2 versus ARMCX3_S72 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
