Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MGP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,605 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MGP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Aerobic respiration, and Outer mitochondrial membrane organization. Each is linked with ATP5MGP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MGP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MGP2 results are reported.
