Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,138 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA processing, Negative regulation of type I interferon production, and Positive regulation of viral life cycle. Each is linked with ATP5MGP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MGP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MGP1 results are reported.
