Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP5MG data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ATP5MG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where ATP5MG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
