ATP5MG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MG RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5MG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, OBSCN, and AHNAK. Each is linked with ATP5MG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MG-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by ATP5MG-low versus ATP5MG-high in PRAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
