ATP5MF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP5MF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,874 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5MF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with ATP5MF in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MF-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by ATP5MF-low versus ATP5MF-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
