The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ATP5MC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PAAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where ATP5MC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
