Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,017 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMCX3, MTUS1, and SCGB3A1. Each is linked with ATP5MC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC2 versus ARMCX3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
