Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRING1P1, RNU4-15P, and RNU6-727P. Each is linked with ATP5MC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRING1P1 grouped by ATP5MC2-low versus ATP5MC2-high in SKCM.
