Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC1P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,549 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC1P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with ATP5MC1P8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1P8-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1P8 results are reported.
