Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,615 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5MC1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECTIN3, NF1_S876, and SPRY2_S139. Each is linked with ATP5MC1P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1P5-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1P5 results are reported.
