Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5MC1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5MC1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ATP5MC1P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MC1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, COAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where ATP5MC1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
