ATP5IF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5IF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5IF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1X, OR8S21P, and RNU6-755P. Each is linked with ATP5IF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5IF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5IF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1X grouped by ATP5IF1-low versus ATP5IF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5IF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5IF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
