The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ATP5F1EP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1EP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP5F1EP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
