The most reproducible ATP5F1EP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, DNA protection, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with ATP5F1EP2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1EP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1EP2 results are reported.
