Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5F1AP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5F1AP7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ATP5F1AP7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1AP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LGG show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and MESO are the cancer types where ATP5F1AP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
