Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5F1AP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,991 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1AP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rescue of stalled ribosome, Autophagy of peroxisome, and Tricarboxylic acid cycle. Each is linked with ATP5F1AP3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1AP3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1AP3 results are reported.
