Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP4B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATP4B data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATP4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where ATP4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
