ATP4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPATCH1, KHSRP, and LIG3. Each is linked with ATP4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP4A versus GPATCH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
