Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,125 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, RAD51, and MRPS15. Each is linked with ATP4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4A results are reported.
