Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAP_pS127, Cyclin-B1, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with ATP4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4A results are reported.
