Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 995 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ATP4A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4A results are reported.
