Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, RBMY1A1, and DYNAP. Each is linked with ATP4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP4A results are reported.
