ATP2C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,184 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, WWP2, and BCAS1_S552. Each is linked with ATP2C2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2C2 versus ARFGEF3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
