ATP2C2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,202 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP2C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYN, CEACAM5, and KLF12. Each is linked with ATP2C2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2C2 versus FYN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
